Great seminar with Iain Abernethy

Fantastic seminar with Iain Abernethy, renowned Kata expert. Students and instructors alike received insights into the origins and the effective application of traditional Kata. Mr Abernethy was an amazingly friendly and humorous instructor and delivered a huge amount of information. We certainly hope to see him at Chuldow again in the future.
